@brookeleblanc Hope you get back to running soon! These screenings wonโt all be good. People are going to find LOTS of things that are nothing. What if there is a blip on your MRI in 2 years, itโs a week before race and you feel great? Next potential bad thing or an incidental finding?
@sarahnadav@chrissyfarr True.....and are we ready to pay for all the tests of unlikely diagnosis on all Americans? Giving things time saves $ and cures most things
@BarbellFi@texasrunnerDFW I think partly true. For much of beginning earning years docs are paying back student loans (often $1k or more per month) maybe buying into a practice. So lifestyle canโt creep to that extravagant. Most docs stick w the 4 star hotels and economy plus ๐
@dartsandmonkeys@CrazyVibes_1 Folliculitis vs impetigo vs eczema herpeticum. More history needed, swab for HSV, culture the lesions. Treat w Mupirocin +/- oral keflex while awaiting result. Cetirizine daily if itching. Topical steroid prob fine too
Iโm sorry.
I take full accountability for my actions after a lapse in judgment that led me to ask AI to make the bikinis on an Arizona Iced Tea can see through. This was extremely inappropriate and should not be done without their permission.
I am committed to learning, growing, and using AI responsibly in the future.
Sincerely, greg
@stevemagness I have a hilarious comic in my head about cave parents arguing about cave babies. I guarantee you all itโs not as simple as, โBabies canโt be over loved, all emotional stress is bad.โ = wimpy parenting, or โLet em cry! Itโll tough emโ = over callous parenting.
Every Dr should read this extremely well-written opinion piece in @Open_HeartBMJ
