@MyNykaa company is scamming customers by not refunding the amount of canceled order and no response on email/call. Its their mistake sending wrong item which was returned but still refund is not fully credited. Order ID- NYK-346536442-7469794.

@nykaacares Its more than 48 hrs and still there is no reply. I don’t think company is interested in resolving this. It’s not that complicated. Simple return and refund. If company not willing for refund then accept it. It’s shameful, even small street vendor doesn’t behave like this.
