After 6 months of waiting for an @EmmaSleepTech mattress and taking the issue all the way to the CEO they deliver me a broken mattress. Worst company ever, now they are refusing to talk, refund or honour their own guarantee. Anyone know how I can get my money back?

Hi @WhichUK you are still recommending @EmmaSleepTech mattress as best buy. This company is not fulfilling orders. I've waited 4 months. Please look at Trust Pilot/Facebook, this is not an isolated incident. They've now communicated with me they will not fulfill sale items
