@Desumeb @wearetherace If I am more chill I'd freeze.. The thing is that he celebrated like he won the championship, which is already strange for someone winning their 99th race, in a race where there was such an accident where he was involved in and got a penalty for. Even if he knew Max was okay.
@wearetherace@eddstrawF1 I don't understand why they came up with this idea in the first place. What is so special about setting the fastest lap of the race to award 1 point for it.
@ElaviaBurjis@CMParfait16@wearetherace Yes but it’s not fair, at some events the tracks changes quite a lot during qualifying. And qualifying is still only there to get a starting grid for the race. And that’s still the most important part of a weekend. If someone finds qualifying boring they shouldn’t watch it.
@theAndyGregor@jackhallsy@NASCARIndycar48@F1 No that’s not what I am saying. It’s people in sport trying to do something only for the purpose of making more money, not to make it better.
@theAndyGregor@jackhallsy@NASCARIndycar48@F1 It is the same in it being conceived only for the purpose of making more money. Those clubs didn’t care for better games, but for more (guaranteed) income. Sprint races are not conceived for better racing but for more revenue. Nothing else. F1 in it’s current state isn’t broken.
@theAndyGregor@jackhallsy@NASCARIndycar48@F1 Well the whole idea for the super league was created with money in mind, not enhancing the sport. The same can be said for this idea.
