Also, hi! I have largely been shunning this hellsite because every day it gets more and more terrible but if y'all are still here be excited for stuff you can buy in this nightmare economy :Vb

[Renee @dreadbeasts]

Well I figured now's as good a time as any to get on the horse and finally commit.

Opening a redbubble shop! First design will be up soon :V

[Renee @dreadbeasts]

[Renee @dreadbeasts]

Pitch? Pinch. Each day I lose more of my ability to spell.

[Renee @dreadbeasts]

Okay gang! The job well is bone dry right now, which means I'm starting to feel the financial pitch.

[Renee @dreadbeasts]

@devongiehl Ahahaha. Ha. Haha.

My studio laid something like 50 people off in one day due to a lack of contracts. The previous week in a town hall, the CEO kinda suggested the WGA strike was partially to blame (uh huh)

Animation is defs affected, and not just in the US.

[Renee @dreadbeasts]

@jinocalla One day I will develop the power to set things on fire with my mind

ChatgPT will be first

[Renee @dreadbeasts]

@jinocalla I think what it feels like is missing in the discourse about union efforts in media (anim, VO, writing, sag, etc) is that it’s not just about fair compensation. It’s about protecting our work from unethical practices.

[Renee @dreadbeasts]

[Renee @dreadbeasts]

Behold, the stupid stuff I get up to over on the XIV twitter

[Resident Catmet Truther | DT SPOILERS @nyascians]

Was joking about the dumb things I call FFXIV locations - Rat Hands, More Donuts, etc - and realized the dumb thing I call Ktisis Hyperborea sounds like a magical girl anime.

Anyway, here you go. #FFXIV #FFXIVArt #KissyHyper

[Renee @dreadbeasts]
