I just remembered that @PlayStation has the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. For customers that have probably been loyal for 25 years it really makes you rethink your loyalty. You can't even get to a person it's sick.

@PlayStation officially has the worst customer experience I've ever had. It's like a maze to get past bots to talk to a person who hangs up on you randomly during a very normal conversation and to have to try day after day. Thanks @AskPlayStation

@youtubemusic needs to clean up their shuffle function. I have a playlist where I dump albums in, it has about 300 songs. Every time I shuffle, it always starts with the first album. And gets kind of predictable after that. This didn't happen with @GooglePlayMusic @googlenest
