I’m trying to figure out how @Dell is helping me by “honoring my warranty.” That’s the point of the warranty that I PAID for, it wasn’t gifted to me. I put money out to get service when it’s needed. My laptop is NOW needing a THIRD service, bc my brand new motherboard is fried.
