@MacdonaldHotels absolutely diabolical spa break at the weekend for 7 guests. Written complaint, I’ve heard nothing, another guest was promised a call this morning- to no avail. This is not good enough. Terrible service and terrible at responding! Don’t book!

@WinterFunland this is a shocking event! My party left an hour and a half before end time because of how bad it was. Rip off, disgusting, no mask wearing, food all over floor, over priced, 10 rides! Will NEVER book again. Huge disappointment. Shame on you!
