@Hobbs_London Why have i received notification today that a significant order that i placed on Saturday (for next day delivery because I need it by tomorrow) is now due for delivery Thursday despite leaving the warehouse Sunday?
@Phase_Eight I reluctantly re-ordered on Saturday as it was showing only one left in stock. I paid for 1-2 day delivery to store so it should arrive today. The tracking just says ‘processing’ - can you confirm that it’ll be there today please. Order number 13424748.
@Phase_Eight I re-ordered a fascinator missing from my previous order before 2pm on Monday (next day delivery) and this is what arrived in a bag - not a box - today (Friday). I’ve placed 3 orders recently and there’s been an issue every order #poorcustomerservice

@CWPT_NHS My 86 year old dad has received his invite to arrange his covid vaccine. He’s not internet enabled and the 119 number just directs him online. I’ve gone online but the nearest centre is 15 miles away in Birmingham. He can’t do this. Can you help?
