Got the CoL police to do a stop there once a few years back. 17 tickets, 4 arrests in 20 minutes!

@Se_Railway @networkrail are there plans for any rail work on track approaching WLI station Kentbound as track meets the bridge over the high street? Train is violently lurching to the left as it meets the bridge enough to knock you off balance/over. Has got worse recently.

@Se_Railway Is it correct that all Lines out of cannon st are now blocked and we can’t use any platforms at London Bridge? Your app says just plt 3 is blocked cst announcers say nothing is going to leave cst whatsoever.

@Se_Railway please can you ask the driver to turn the air con on for the back 5 coaches of the 5.17 CST-WLI train? Air con is only working in the front 5 carriages and it’s a citybeam so there’s no windows! 🥵 🥵 🥵

@Se_Railway your ticket staff at welling have closed the Kent bound gate line and then turned off both ticket readers. No one can tap out of the station causing chaos. Presume there will be no additional charge? There’s no staff here to help either

Telling them it was going via Greenwich when they were saying ‘but the announcer said no’. Utter avoidable chaos.

@Se_Railway perhaps you can explain the cockup tonight whereby your station announcer at CST announced that NOTHING was going down the GREENWICH LINE yet you let the Greenwich train depart and driver didn’t get told were diverted until AFTER we left London Bridge???

@Se_Railway Understand the disruption but it’s the poor communication yet again. The station announcer knew 2 mins before we left. Driver didn’t until he left London Bridge. It made matters 100x worse for pax now on the wrong trains unable to get elsewhere.

This situation is why Southeastern gets the hate it does. Useless information from the company that compounds and makes matters 10x worse is inexcusable. People might have tried to and get the delayed train if they knew it hadn’t left yet.

@Se_Railway why are you lying on your app re train departure times? Waiting on the 17.47 CST-WLI. every minute the app is updating saying g the train departed at that time yet we are still sitting at CST 18.02. We know there’s issues but your app is giving wrong info again

@Se_Railway Thank you. I know the reason for the delay. My question relates to your app giving incorrect information for close to 20 minutes.
We get there’s issues out of your control such as the train but it helps when the info available is actually correct

@Se_Railway Or you as southeastern could do something about it on your trains as you keep passing the buck. What about the bikes that come on at other stations such as Belvedere when they ride down the platforms too? That’s not TFLs jurisdiction.

@Se_Railway two ginormous full size adult bikes in my carriage this morning taking up seating and fully blocking the doorway. Why are you allowing these on your rush hour trains? Both got on at Abbey Wood (again!).

@Se_Railway I just raised a complaint for the third time you guys can push it through to the relevant department.
You make constant excuses for not doing something about it. It’s your rules and bylaws and it’s dangerous. It blocks doors and other passengers get cuts & bruises going past

@Se_Railway Southeastern *do* control your trains and other SE stations en route so maybe consider removing the bikes elsewhere or reminding the owners at other stations if not Abbey Wood.
As for your safety you owe your passengers safety too. Blocking doors isn’t safe

@Se_Railway You run trains thru Abbey Wood you cannot in consciousness say you have no input re your trains running through that station and what they allow on. FYI TFL don’t allow full size bikes in rush hour either.
Pls try speaking to the station management about their poor security

@Se_Railway why is the 18.17 CST TO WLI delayed leaving CST? We’re on the train and it’s not going anywhere near Hither Green. No information on the delay on train or station. (Nb we know there’s a broken train. That train does not affect this service)
