Lisa had been winning dance and singing competitions since she was young. She trained at a Korean company that forced her to become a rapper, and now that she is finally telling her story, people want to call her talentless as if she hadn't experienced the worst of a K-pop agency
@Savdehaan Sorry, but even Rosé encouraged Lisa back in 2019 when Lisa hesitated to sing with her, saying "I'm just a rapper," and Rosé told her there was nothing wrong with that and it's CLEAR she was already dealing with trauma, so stop being cruel and unkind.
I think that with her latest performance at the VMAs, we got to enjoy a Lisa who is confident in her voice, and we should keep praising her because after going through that trauma under YG, she has truly done everything to improve and prove that she is capable of so much more.
I hate how she seems to normalize such dehumanizing behavior and even while suffering, she still refuses to come down hard on those bastards that harass you, your family, and your friends.
Just listened to Lisa’s entire title track and no wonder she was saving the promo for this song 😭 It’s SO good. I’m convinced this will be her most successful album and era
She can't, because her privileged ass never experienced rejection or hatred based on her nationality, she can't, because the CEO of YG Ent himself stated she was his favorite member, she can't, because in all her scandals, she was actually at fault and it wasn't just gossip.
and Alice was really pissed off sm cause lloud team already prepared the statement to apologise but then yg declined and in the clips she really looks she’s mad to the point lisa said “alice don’t be mad~~” like you can tell they hated yg to the guts
te prometo que si no debutaba igual el grupo no se libraría de las acusaciones de racismo y blabla, no es que no la querien simplemente que esa industria es bastante pesada y con la reputación que traía del reality es claro que tampoco logró adaptarse y por eso la sacaron.
