Am I crazy to think @Hermes_Paris would offer complimentary cleaning on their jewelry?! @Cartier @vancleefarpels @TiffanyAndCo all cohorts -- they take care of me & my jewelry. Hermes took 2 months to quote me over $100 to clean a basic ring. Anyone else have similar experience?

@Hermes_Paris how is it possible that you don't offer cleaning on your own jewelry? @Cartier @TiffanyAndCo @vancleefarpels all offer cleanings & take care of their customer (I know first hand). I waited 2 months to get a QUOTE for over $100USD to CLEAN a basic ring #notluxury
