@picturepost444@EdWhelanEPPC Exactly. Ed is guilty of partisan hackery masked as intellectualism. Never says anything about what voter ID and how current laws favors certain IDs that help republicans.
@drmamtasinghvi@dgsomucla This word salad of a post is internally inconsistent. If the goal is for doctors to freely think, then academia should have diverse POVs. Also as a @dgsomucla grad, this is what you spend your finite time on? Tweeting and liking white supremicist posts like Charlie Kirk.
@ToddAultIII Actually, buy back some shares. Until then, there is no post, press release, or other promises you can make that will change the market's distrust of you and your leadership.
@ToddAultIII once again. dilution by warrants and notes is no different than dilution by ATM. Put your money where your mouth is - buy substantial shares in the open market. Until then, stop trying to troll your shareholders with gifs.

@ToddAultIII Read between the lines. He doesn't say "no dilution" nor can he. He could put his money where his mouth is but he doesn't. Instead, just copy and paste prior press releases. It's embarrassing that he thinks those old tricks would still work.

@ToddAultIII Assuming he diluted at 1 dollar, that’s 22 million in the bank after transaction costs. That he needed 22 million in of itself establishes he cannot do a 50 million dollar buy back. It’s basic math.
@ToddAultIII It is obvious that any company that needed to dilute its shares by an additional 25 million does not have enough money to buy back shares. Common sense.
