Swali ngumu sana Mwas, but it deserves a serious, grounded answer. You don’t fight cartels. You build get rid of them with systems. If I were elected MP for Kibra, my approach would be structural.
First, I would push for full transparency in water distribution publishing supply schedules, pipeline maps, and allocation data so residents know exactly what is coming into Kibra and where it is going. Cartels thrive in secrecy.
Second, I would work to formalize and regulate community water points. When informal systems operate without oversight, exploitation fills the gap. Regulation, pricing controls, and community-managed water committees can protect residents from inflated prices.
Third, I would push for direct infrastructure investment more legal water connections, upgraded pipelines, storage tanks, and prepaid metered systems. The long-term solution is reducing dependency on middlemen.
Fourth, I would advocate for multi-agency enforcement against illegal connections and sabotage but carefully. The goal is not to criminalize poverty, but to dismantle exploitative networks that manipulate supply for profit.
And most importantly, I would ensure community participation in oversight. Residents must have reporting channels and protection when exposing corrupt cartels.Ending cartels is not about confrontation for headlines.
It’s about removing the conditions that allow them to exist.
When systems are fair, transparent, and accountable cartels lose power naturally.
Few weeks ago, most of these Harambee Stars Players were barely known, right now, they are household names, Talk about the power of sports 💪🏽
#CHAN2024
They are playing us all. The opposition and the government are one and the same that’s how they maintain power. Meanwhile, we all watch the soap opera and “love” every moment of it
#WeAreAlone
I will build the biggest used car support ecosystem in Africa and i am willing to pay the ultimate price. The’re many even in my industry who see us a threat & others randomly hate us for no reason. If i give up, i will be betraying the millions of people i inspire.
“I can now confirm that we have concluded the Israeli response to Iran’s attacks against Israel. We conducted targeted and precise strikes on military targets in Iran — thwarting immediate threats to the State of Israel.”
Watch IDF Spokesperson RAdm. Daniel Hagari talk about the conclusion of Israel’s response to Iran’s aggression:
Dear Mr former Deputy
As a leader but essentially as a MAN , it’s important to recognize when a professional relationship is no longer viable. If a partnership or collaboration isn’t progressing as expected, it’s more effective to respectfully move on and focus on building your own path. There’s no value in forcing a working relationship that has deteriorated. It’s essential to consider why you’d want to persist in such an environment, especially if the only motivation is financial. Sustainable and productive collaborations thrive on mutual respect and shared goals, not necessity.

Iranians = persians (Shia muslims)
Israelis = Jews
UAE / Saudi = Arabs (Sunni muslims)
Iranians , Israelis and arabs all hate one another. Lakini lately Israelis and Arabs are getting along better and Iran has been worried it will upset the regional balance of power.
I win an award, thousands of people congratulate. One free mason does it, and heiraz as usual will focus on that one person.
Anyway, Jesus is lord. Saviour of my life and my blessings come fron God.
