@NPolitic23@NihiloX I don't think it's Baron- she's received a ton of pushback since she frequently discusses marriage and parenting without being married or a parent herself
Iโd argue that once you hit your late 20โs you realize you were practicing adulthood for the last 10 years and itโs not what you really wanted because you probably decided your entire life trajectory before your frontal lobe fully formed and it makes a lot of sense to have the desire to start all over with the knowledge you gained once real adulthood and life experience hit
They actually primaried the hero that wrote the legislation to release the Epstein files.
They primaried the last man that always defended the constitution.
They primaried the man that actually wanted to balance the budget.
They primaried the man that refused to vote to send billions of dollars to foreign countries.
They primaried the man that stood for everything this country was built to protect.
They took 20+ millions dollars from a foreign nation and ended the career of the most principled man in politics.
The fact that Thomas Massie is fighting for his political life in a Republican primary because he wants pedophiles to face justice is not a good look for the Republican party.
For most of human history, women did not experience children as some rare interruptions to adult life. Babies were everywhere, in arms, on hips, asleep in slings, playing under tables while bread was kneaded and laundry was folded. A young girl did not grow up in a world separated from motherhood.
So how can women want babies when they rarely see babies?
A baby changes the atmosphere of a room, people smile more, they speak softer, they are gentler, there is more joy.
Perhaps the desire for children has not disappeared nearly as much as we think. Perhaps many women have simply been separated from the very thing that used to awaken that desire in their hearts.
