@_HushPuppii_ into your diet while still being in a calorie deficit, you just have to opt of less calorie dense stuff. I have to admit that im lucky to live somwhere where fresh veggies and fruit arent too expensive so thats a great option for me

@_HushPuppii_ actually same!!! its hard to find a way to stop that, for me it often helps to have something to do that uses my hands like drawing, ill draw and watch something to keep me distracted from food. tho also, keeping full helps! you would be surprised by how much food you can fit

@_HushPuppii_ for example, now that i know what veggies i like and what dressings i like, eating salad is so much easier! to the point that i miss it if i dont eat it often. one of my fave things to put in salad is queso fresco btw :3 so yummy

@_HushPuppii_ oh how i wish we could target specific areas of fat 🥹 anyway my advice is actually eat yummy food. it just is harder to do a calorie deficit when you hate what you eat! once you find food that fits your needs that you like, it gets easier to stick to it more
