Maybe the world didn’t need another habit tracker.
So I designed one that feels calmer, more human, and less punishing.
Habitly — a UX case study on emotionally supportive productivity.

I designed my portfolio/
Then redesigned it.
And then redesigned the redesign.
Anyway here’s the final (for now).

Feedback would mean a lot!
It's wild that we're expected to do free work samples in interviews when our portfolios literally exist to demonstrate our capabilities. Are assignments about process? Speed? Something else? What am I missing?

Day 11 of rebuilding my UI/UX fundamentals 🚀
Really productive design day today.
Finished the full product flow for my latest project from onboarding and personalization to dashboards, insights, progress tracking, and milestone states.
Learned a lot through the process.

DAY 10 🚀
Worked on expanding the product flow today designed the AI coach screen, the habit creation flow, and a milestone celebration state.
Focusing a lot on keeping the design system consistent across screens.
Slowly seeing the whole product come together.

DAY 9 🚀
Worked on the habit detail screen today.
Got a bit stuck balancing colors since habits are color-coded and I didn’t want the dark UI to feel noisy.
Took a few iterations, but finally found a cleaner balance.

DAY 8 🚀
Worked on the dashboard today. Got stuck balancing multiple colors since I wanted habits to be color-coded without breaking the dark UI.
After a lot of tweaking tints and accents, finally found a clean system.

Day 7 of rebuilding my UI/UX fundamentals 🚀
today’s lesson: picking colors for dark UI is way harder than it seems.
didn’t fully hit today’s design goal because life got a bit in the way, but still made progress.
showing up daily matters.

DAY 6 of UI/UX🚀
Today I digitized my paper wireframes.
Sketching gave me rough ideas, but moving them into Figma forced me to actually think about layout, hierarchy, and flow.
Ended up refining a lot of screens and simplifying the UX along the way.
