Okay Brian, I’ll try explaining things as simplistically as I can for you. This all started when Stormy Daniels told Donald Trump that she was going to tell everyone that the two had an affair. Trump knew she was full of it, but in light of the environment today where women who makes such accusations are always believed, he paid her $130,000 to go away. He knew she was blackmailing him for something that never happened, but he felt he had no choice. So he pays the money. Then his accountant listed the hush money payment in his books as a legal expense. Now I ask you Brian … had it been you, would you have listed it as “Hush Money”? Please don’t say yes, because if you do, you’re lying. The whole idea is to keep your wife from finding out. Anyway, a few years later, Stormy Daniels, for whatever reason, publicly announced that the affair about which she was paid $130,000 to keep quiet, never happened!! This by definition is extortion. Therefore, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s entire case revolves around a felony crime having been perpetrated by … wait for it … Stormy Daniels!! What is Bragg doing about this? … He’s prosecuting Donald Trump for his having entered the “extortion” payment as a legal expense. Do you now understand how incredibly stupid this case is? I welcome your response.
