@h20laurie @cspencer1508 Maybe reflect on why you believe something that isn't true? Once NGN admitted it, there's no case to pursue, so it is them that settled. If Harry had settled, he would be bound by NDA and not able to say the things in his statement, like the volume of emails NGN deleted.
