#DineenCupChampionships: Thursday, May 1, brought the Idaho Falls @spudkings fans out to the @MACIdahoFalls to salute the 2024-25 Champions, who won 2-1 over the South Shore Kings on Monday in the Championship Final.

#DineenCupPlayoffs: The @mercer_chiefs have won the Atlantic Division Championship series and will play in the 2025 #DineenCupChampionships in Wayne, N.J., which will run April 25-29.
Samuel Ciappa and Casey Johnson each scored twice. David Van Iterson and Artyom Barshkin each had two assists. Cole Werthmann made 30 saves on 32 shots for the Chiefs. In net for the Islanders, Lukas Vejmelka made 35 saves on 38 shots.
It's official now: Mercer will be the No. 3 seed and will face the @NJrCyclones at 7:30 p.m. on April 25.
The top seed @spudkings will face No. 4 @SSK_Hockey, as the Wild Card team is the No. 4 seed, in the 3:30 p.m. 1v4 opening game.
#DineenCupPlayoffs: The @spudkings won 4-0 on Tuesday night in Pueblo, setting up what should be an epic Game 5 in Idaho Falls on Thursday at 7:05 p.m. MDT against the Bulls.
Charlie Durkin turned away all 24 shots he faced for the shutout. Andrew Schmidt scored twice, and he also had an assist. Easton Edwards registered a goal and an assist. For the Bulls, Noel Friedman was impressive in relief, making 23 saves on 24 shots.
#DineenCupPlayoffs: It's all over in Idaho Falls, as Game 2 ends with a 3-2 @spudkings victory in double overtime. The winner came off the stick of William Donovan at 17:57 of the second OT, approximately 11:45 p.m. local time.
Donovan also had an assist, Andrew Schmidt had two goals and an assist and Easton Edwards registered two assists. Charlie Durkin stopped 38 of 40 shots for the win in the Spud Kings' net, while Noel Friedman made 58 saves on 61 shots for Pueblo.
Game 3 is in Pueblo on Sunday at 7:07 p.m. MDT.
Just call Sammy Grimaldi "Mr. Hat Trick" as the @spudkings rookie has scored his second straight hattie and fourth since Jan. 18. The Spud Kings rode the hat trick towards a 6-1 win against the Rock Springs Grizzlies on Friday night.
On the night that Idaho Falls was announced as the host for the 2026 Dineen Cup Championships, the @spudkings got a 28-save shutout from Charlie Durkin ('06/Glencoe, Ill.) The Spud Kings beat the Outliers, 1-0. This was Durkin's second straight and fourth overall of the season. Durkin is bound for the #NCDCAllStars event beginning Monday.
In front of a traditionally packed @MACIdahoFalls crowd, the @spudkings took away a 5-2 win over the Casper Warbirds, extending their point streak to 16 games with a 13-0-2-1 record. Ronnie Wade ('06/Clarkston, Mich.) scored the GWG on a beautiful breakaway.

The @spudkings defeated the Ogden Mustangs, 3-2, in a shootout on Saturday night in front of their usual packed house at the Mountain America Center. D.J. MacLeish ('05/Troy, Mich.) scored the shootout winner. The Spud Kings pulled to within one point of the Mustangs for the Mountain lead.
The @spudkings' Andrew Schmidt ('05/Chicago, Ill.) and Tyler Atchison ('06/Las Vegas, Nev.) each scored twice as the Spud Kings bounced back from being down 2-0 after one period to win 7-2 on Saturday night against the Casper Warbirds.
#NCDCFrozenFutures: The @spudkings took command of their primetime game on Wednesday night, with goaltender Charlie Durkin notching his league-leading second shutout, making 28 saves in a 2-0 victory in their first-ever game against the Casper Warbirds. He gave his thoughts on the win, what he likes the most about the Spud Kings, and the character and skill set he can bring to an @NCAAIceHockey team.
The @spudkings improved to 4-0, and are tied with the Jersey Hitmen for most points among undefeated teams after defeating Rock Springs, 7-1, on Saturday.
