@JayMartin_Music@davemeltzerWON I think knowing how he thinks it’s probably someone like Karl Gotch, Lou Thesz, Gorgeous George etc, someone who laid the foundation for even the wrestlers in the golden era
@hulksmashedme@allan_cheapshot It’s for the press which are very close by, if they were in the ring it’d be totally different. But this is awesome, would love to see something similar today. For realism sake
Violence has spilt onto King Street after two men were removed from a gentlemen’s club in Melbourne.
One of the men threw a chair which appeared to be aimed at security, hitting his friend instead. Get the full story on 7NEWS at 6pm. @paul_dowsley
@DannyDAnton@IyosEra It’s because a lot of important backstage people left during the third season and by the fourth they had a lot of horrible creative. Then also they had an exclusivity deal in the contracts, so that meant the wrestlers couldn’t wrestle elsewhere.
@FerreusW@AIRGold_ Actually back when he had his podcast he kept up and talked about everything. And he was a serial enjoyer of most styles of wrestling.
@ChinoMellette @MillmanHunty @ShaneHelmsCom I just think the fascination is a bit weird because even the heralded NWA stuff from the 70s and 80s didn’t look realistic either. The most realistic style is shootstyle which is closer to MMA. So shouldn’t they just want to watch MMA at that point?
