@apple @AppleSupport SO it's so amazing how airtight there policies are for the customer, but they can break them NO PROBLEM right.? And not just break them, those are HUGE security breaches btw..... Really wish the quality of customer appreciation was as good as there products.

@apple @AppleSupport And it was a different shift, all new employees so it wasn't like it was the one I dealt with prior. Then after leaving store, I realized I did not even sign any release paperwork? And they did not mark the repair as picked it up until 24 hours later...
