I had a @AskFrontier technician scheduled to come between 8 and noon today but I just got a text that the appointment has been rescheduled to *next Friday*?? This has gone beyond silly at this point. #badcustomerservice

The same thing happened yesterday, it was down all day and came up again late yesterday evening. There’s definitely a pattern.

Not only that but I was told in my initial call that service would be sent today but I never got any notification of the scheduling. This morning the app showed me that at 06:30 CST today that service was restored even though there is clearly still an issue with my service.

The past two nights my service has started working again shortly before 21:30 CST only to stop working again around 10:45 CST the next morning. The same thing both nights. It’s not working *again*. What is going on here? Trouble ticket # 6253190

Now I regret buying a @KamadoJoe , my iKamand no longer works, and they no longer offer technical support. Just a very poor customer experience and I now must recommend everyone steer clear of this product #badcustomerservice
