Now that Karen Bass has officially qualified for the Los Angeles mayoral election, it would be useful to analyze how late-arriving votes are distributed among the candidates. I suspect that a large share of these late votes may favor Raman, which would be notable given her weaker performance in the initial vote count. I assume they will just keep manufacturing votes until they bump Pratt out of the picture.
