Today is my last day as Founding Engineer at Tala Security. Though I plan to remain with the company as a consultant or somesuch, I'm handing off my day-to-day responsibilities to a very qualified team as I pursue new opportunities (more on that in a couple tweets).

We've accomplished a lot over the last two years and I'm a bit
jealous of how much more will be accomplished without me on the
critical path. However, I've always wanted to be in academia, and I saw the chance to use my PhD work to justify a tenure-track position narrowing.
