One-size-fit-all mortgage plans are malpractice.
Every client, every property, every deal needs custom architecture built around their actual life and goals.
Better ( $BETR) is the Shopify of mortgages.
It’s rebuilding a $15T industry from scratch with AI.
$FIGR just IPO’ed & trades at 19× 2026 sales.
BETR trades at just 1× — but is growing faster than FIGR.
I believe BETR is a potential 350-bagger in 2 years.
They laugh at BETR now at $34 like they laughed at CVNA at $3.50 and OPEN at 51¢. But this is no meme.
@emjcapital is long BETR. 🧵
Don't chase. Presell. Don't interrupt. Become expected. Don't overcome objections. Eliminate them before they exist.
Stop trying to out-close everyone. Presell so your prospects are prepared and ready to say 'yes' before you event ask.
The best salespeople don't sweat.
They don't 'crush calls' or 'close hard' or perform heroic acts of persuasion.
They make it look effortless.
Why? Because they've already won before they enter the room.
How? They PRESELL.
Here's how to make selling look easy 👇
Results:
* Never 'chase' prospects again
* Higher conversion
* Price objections vanish
* Self-selling clients
People don't want to be SOLD TO. They want to be GUIDED.
PRESELLING creates the conditions where buying becomes the obvious choice.
@DrewF Based on recent 2025 surveys like CNET's, the average US adult wastes about $204 yearly on unused subscriptions. With around 262 million adults, that totals roughly $53 billion annually.
Startup idea:
Credit card with a kill switch.
Before any recurring charge hits, you get a push notification.
Tap NO → service canceled instantly.
Imagine how much money this saves.
On inflation, Powell notes that tariff effects “are now clearly visible” and are expected to accumulate in the months ahead.
The question for the Fed is whether those price increases will “materially raise the risk of an ongoing inflation problem."
Powell said a one-time (but not "all at once") series of price increases seemed like a reasonable base case -- even more so if the labor market is not tight enough to support stronger wage bargaining for consumers who are losing purchasing power from any tariff pass-through.
“Come what may, we will not allow a one-time increase in the price level to become an ongoing inflation problem."
