We bypassed this @ZendeskChat to improve score and keep #chatwidget functionality ( 1.0 of 2.1MB = #zopim #JavaScript )

If we can improve, providers can (and should) do the same.

At time of writing, Brisbane is relatively case- and restriction-free, but as we've seen this year it doesn't take much for that to change. We've decided that the risk is too high to run an in-person event.
