I hit 50,000 words for the 3rd year in a row! (And it only took me 13 tries) 3 years, 2 finished novels, and one that hit 50,000 words but needs another 25000. This year's first draft is finished! I just need to do a little bit of editing before I can put it to bed for a while.
@Kimpositions I'm bookmarking this page for later. I see some new faces and names I'm unfamiliar with that I need to get to know! (And ridiculously honored to be included there!).
Thanks for putting this resource together!
I also hope you're doing well!
@b0nesurf@busywerk @BellaChrome @djNexOne@DJCrabhat@Essar388@Tequila_DJ @OS_MOTE Haha, for some reason, I opened twitter for more than 30 seconds today. Probably because I'm procrastinating either a) going for a run, or b) getting to work on this marching show.
Congrats on your twitch fame!
@garrt@piesaac Eh, it's ok. I'm over it now. haha.
I mean, they probably thought mine was super basic since it was actually tonal, compared to the other pieces that were really cool & atonal/microtonal. I just wasn't in a place in my composing life to know how to create that type of music yet.
Hey Twitter friends!
How is everyone doing out there? I haven't done much on Twitter besides a quick check-in here and there for about a year.
I hope everyone has some good things going on in their lives. Feel free to fill me in if you'd like!
@piesaac Me too. They weren't terrible, but they read my piece once, told me that I needed to mark when the tremolo ended (which was valid) & then quickly moved on. Then they went on to spend 4x as much time gushing over everyone else. It took me years to ever write for strings again.
