@gaither_thomas I try to explain it as two problems: the obstruction with infection and the stone. Today, we will treat one of them. In two weeks the other. Usually works well.

@matthayn @LoebStacy Yes. Finasteride 1 mg daily dosing has similar effect to 5 mg daily. Typically lowers it 40 to 50 percent. Study from 2007 if I recall.
