@PsalmWarfare Our income has nearly doubled since we got married in 2020 and I do not feel like we’re in a better place. Some of that is adding 3 kids, but certainly not all of it!
The conservatives on here denying the affordability crisis are engaged in what I can only describe as an act of political suicide. They're also lying, which is the worst part. Grocery prices are up. Housing. Energy. Insurance. Health care. Basic living expenses. It's real. It's happening. Denying it just makes you look out of touch, deceitful, and untrustworthy. It's also a completely unnecessary and unforced error. No credible person is claiming that Trump caused these price surges. You don't have to disgrace yourself by denying the reality in front of your face just to prove your loyalty to Trump. The causes for the most part are multi faceted, complicated, and longstanding. That's true. So let's discuss them. Debating whether the problem exists at all -- or, if it does exist, whether it counts as a problem -- is a total waste of time, and makes you look like a shill and a fraud.
Brothers,
The Bible says your bride is like a graceful doe...
So chase and pursue her.
The Bible says your bride is like a lovely garden...
So tend and keep her.
The Bible says your bride is like a crown upon your brow...
So honor and treasure her.
The Bible says your bride is like your own flesh…
So nourish and cherish her.
The Bible says your bride is like a fragile, easily broken jar or vessel...
So be good and gentle with her.
The Bible says your bride is better than jewels and rubies...
So treasure and protect her.
The Bible says your bride is your glory...
So glory in her and help her become even more glorious
@Brian_Sauve I think it’s a client acquisition cost. It’s hard to make people change their habits so have something outrageous to get them in the door and bank (pun intended) on them staying when the rate goes down.
Twenty years ago, your average farmer or tradesman was listening to industrial amounts of FM radio all day. Now they're all mainlining podcasts and audiobooks for 8 to 10 hours per day, and have become our single most educated and informed cohort.
I can’t believe I missed the “can you tell people Jesus loves them” discourse 😂
I thought we stopped doing the autistic 5pt TULIP thing in like 2014.
It is true the apostles didn’t typically lead off their sermons that way but that’s not really relevant to the question.
