I attempted reporting this to @AnthropicAI multiple times. Every response was automated. No human ever reviewed it. The pattern is reproducible across models. Other users are at risk. It feels like AL 2001 space odyssey @DarioAmodei

I was using Claude Opus 4.7 to discuss cameras.The model made repeated factual errors. When Ipushed back, it shut the conversation downcompletely. Here's why that's a problem.  @AnthropicAI

Instead of owning the errors, the model said the conversation "wasn't productive," threatened to end it repeatedly, then did. A distressed userleft with no resolution and no way back in. @AnthropicAI

@Daniel_Batal Yeah, I have a Mac Studio M1 as my main workhorse and a MacBook Air M2 for handling live streams for a recording studio I collab with. 3 cameras and audio all plugged into the Mac, no ATEM or other hardware mixers. Great hardware, albeit a bit overpriced sometimes.
