@AskeBay hi there, I’ve appealed a case where my local USPs office admitted to delivering the product to the wrong address. However EBay did not side with me. What else can I do to get my money back? I have documented proof from USPS that they made a mistake. Help me out eBay

@KitchenAidUSA I bought an entire Kitchenaid suite for our remodel in 2016. The fridge per the service tech you contracted out to me said the model was known for major flaws on the freezer door side. The cost to fix it $1500! It’s a $2500 fridge! Where’s that in the marketing?
