As someone who always used to be excited for new tech, I am not interested anymore. Everything has gotten so greedy, addictive, expensive and exclusive. They don't solve problems, they create them, and then try to sell you the solution. We're in literal technology hell.
A) if Nicole Kidman wants to be in your movie, you let Nicole Kidman be in your movie, but imo her specific work does give her an uncanny quality that functions well in eerie settings
B) the witch only has about 20 seconds of screen time total, during which she is supposed to be impactful & terrifying. Casting an abnormally beautiful woman who looks completely augmented & bizarre compared to the rest of the cast was deliberate. The witch is not of the natural world and therefore contrasts harshly against it

I want to introduce you to Steve. He’s 83. His wife died a few months ago and he comes to this lodge in Spring Mill, Indiana and draws. He taught art in Terre Haute, IN his whole life. He also did courtroom sketches in court cases. In the comments I’ll share some pics from his sketchbook. He was excited when I said I was going to share his sketches with the world.
It's funny how we use to tell people with anxiety that "people in public aren't making fun of you, they don't even notice you so don't be scared" and then the internet just proved to us that people will make fun of you when you're in public for virtually no reason at all.
