It's not that the government has no money to subsidize university education. Far from it..

Article 237 gives the independent Teachers Service Commission exclusive power to appoint teachers, not @StateHouseKenya, not the Speaker, not Members of Parliament & political brokers.
@HonWetangula’s admission that letters now come from @StateHouseKenya is an open confession of executive capture. It turns jobs into patronage, locks out qualified graduates, and reduces @TSC_KE to a rubber stamp.
Hoarding and dishing out these letters through MPs is institutionalised corruption.

How is it fallacious and stupid (ufala na ujinga) of Edwin Sifuna to indicate that he will remove and replace SHA when William Ruto removed and replaced NHIF with SHA? Was there no legal framework for NHIF then just as there is one for SHA now? Is the law on SHA cast in stone? The President should not think that Kenyans are naive na mafala! They are not.
