@garron1991 @GAMEHelps Same, dispatched April 2nd but still waiting. After 3 weeks back and forth they've raised the issue with Royal Mail, but Royal Mail stated it was not dispatched with 100 % certainty. I've asked for a refund, but they don't respond. Going to email trading standards.

@GAMEHelps Like many I received word that my copy of FF7R dispatched on the 2nd. I've talked to Royal Mail and they made it clear that this was not possible, as they have not received any notice of the item being sent.

Your own help page says you charge at dispatch. Explain.
