@PAVS2016@billysnoirnxgga@Hestia_Esq Doesn't matter, that's not what my comment was about.
He was found guilty in state and federal court and sentenced to a longer sentence than caramello
@PAVS2016@billysnoirnxgga@Hestia_Esq I never said it wasn't.
He chose to charge a shotgun (that was pointed at him) rather than jogging off into the trees/backyards or waiting for the cops.
Who are you trying to argue with right now?
@PAVS2016@billysnoirnxgga@Hestia_Esq Nah, they're both failed self defense cases and the Whites were punished far more severely.
That's the premise that was being challenged until you galloped in.
How long the fleeing jogger waited before charging the shotgun doesn't matter.
@PAVS2016@billysnoirnxgga@Hestia_Esq They claimed self defense, they are White, and they were punished more severely than the black kid who *just made a mistake*.
yup, common sense
@PAVS2016@billysnoirnxgga@Hestia_Esq None of that matters, they had a failed self defense case just like Caramello. They're so privileged and White they got life plus, for a mistake. This was a citizen's arrest gone wrong with dire consequences for Whites.
