@daviesbj Might be related to COVID burnout leading residents away from additional training. I don't think fellowship is as helpful for landing a job outside of academics as it once was. Having done two job searches in 5 years the true general urologist is what people are looking for.

My theory is that bladder neck elevation is the primary contributor to LUTS which explains why symptoms are often independant of gland size.
