@daviesbj Might be related to COVID burnout leading residents away from additional training. I don't think fellowship is as helpful for landing a job outside of academics as it once was. Having done two job searches in 5 years the true general urologist is what people are looking for.
@DanielEvansMD @drtedritchie Less call is always better imo. I've done q12 week intense call and q4 day light and would rather go back to q12 week. 100% agree that no amount of money truly compensates for it.
@MSharifpourMD I dont think a bachelors is actually required to attend med school. When I applied I think it was just a minimum # of college credits and pre-reqs.
