@lufthansa @SpiritAirlines @Ryanair So nobody in Lufthansa can resolve the issue created by Lufthansa? I’ve contacted all Lufthansa communication channels and have submitted the forms required by Lufthansa, no resolution. All my baggage is still missing. It seems like a complete management failure in Lufthansa.

@lufthansa @SpiritAirlines @Ryanair Who can assist us? We have a claim number but no one has helped. You are the first person at Lufthansa who has responded - can you please dm me? It’s been five days without any of our belongings.

@lufthansa We are being completely ignored by Lufthansa after NINE PIECES of our luggage were lost, including an infant car seat and all of our clothes.

This is completely unacceptable - we’ve gotten better service from @SpiritAirlines and @Ryanair. Please reach out immediately!
