@Infosys_GSTN@Sudhirhalakhndi@GST_Council@nsitharamanoffc@CAChirag Pls refer the ticket number.. kindly check the issue and undo the error within 24 hours. If the technical error is not solved, it may impact the taxpayer business if they are not able to file GST returns due to negative ITC balance.
Assessee will not be able to file GSTR3B if this error is not solved by the GST tech Team… unnecessary harassment to taxpayer.. Jurisdiction officer is saying to raise ticket and ticket reply is to meet officer 😀 any solution? @Infosys_GSTN@TimsyJaipuria
@cbic_india@Infosys_GSTN#GSTR9C_extension@nsitharaman Kindly extend the due date for filing GSTR9 9C FY 2019-20 to 31 March 21. It is difficult for the taxpayer & CA to complete in such short time due to increasing covid situation and other deadlines. 🙏🏻
@nsitharaman@cbic_india@GST_Council@narendramodi Due to current situation under COVID-19, many CAs are not able to operate fully & taxpayers also don’t have access to full data. Request to extend the due date for GSTR9/9C as R9 once filed can’t be revised.
