@optimum Our first 2 weeks with @optimum had days of outages, 6+ hrs on the phone, visits to the store, multiple swapped out routers, and multiple service calls just to match our prev. Suddenlink speed. And now we’re being charged $160 in service fees for that debacle. So disappointing.

@AsurionCares It actually looks like it's a @VZWSupport issue, because apparently all Verizon warranty claims take up Asurion warranty slots regardless of claim reason. That was misrepresented by a Verizon rep when we bought 4 Gizmo watches for our kids, and now we can't replace a lost watch.
