Dear Pet Owners, it is best practice to get a personal mouth guard or muzzle for your dog and take it along whenever you want to take your dog to the clinic.

You don't want your healthy dog to contract an infection via a mouth guard that has been used on a sick dog.

Please note that most Vet clinics or hospitals wash and disinfect the mouth guard or muzzle a daily basis but upon usage, it can be a potential source of infection again. So, it can't be trusted completely.Get one for your dog if you haven't. Share this with a petowner around you

It saddens my heart when clients call in and mention that they left their sick pets for days without a caregiver. FGS! How on earth will you do that to your pet?

It's alright to travel but always get your pet a caregiver or take them to a boarding facility close to you.
