In recognition of mental health awareness week, we acknowledge the incredible work of all who work across the intensive care sector. Incredibly rewarding, but also tough, emotional and often a high-pressure environment, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻…𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

To support team wellbeing, ANZICS staff came together to share simple ways to boost mental health. Don’t forget the small things - 𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱, 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸, 𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗮𝗶𝗿, 𝗮 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲.
