I recount a joke from the old Soviet Union: a man handing out leaflets in Red Square. Of course, the KGB arrested him and bring him back to headquarters. Only they discover the leaflets are blank sheets of paper. They confront him: "What is the meaning of this?" He says, “What’s there to say? It’s so obvious.”

So the point of the joke was, he was generating subversive common knowledge. That is, the citizens of the Soviet Union, they all knew that the regime was inefficient and cruel and oppressive, but each one may have thought that they were the only one, that everyone else was happy. Or they may even have thought that everyone else was aggrieved the way they are, but they didn’t know that everyone else was. And so everyone just kept their misery to themselves.

By just making it public, making it common knowledge that there’s a reason to oppose the regime, that can unite people in opposition and can really bring down a regime.

@fangshimin 高自付额医保（HDHP）除了高自付额（deductible），还会有一个封顶额（out of pocket limit)。自付额之前100%自付；过了自付额到封顶之间保险公司会支付大部分（70%~80%）；被保人总支付累积达到封顶额后，保险公司100%负责。老方的保险没有当中那一档吗？
