Autonomous agents and DAOs raise one question: who is responsible when things go wrong?
At the Open Source Hub at Devconnect ARG, @drhus from @RegistryChain shares a simple “right entity” test for regulating autonomous systems while preserving social order.

@feindura n @drhus on a firechat of discussed universal identities and ERC725 as a rich wallet standard - enabling reputation, delegation, tokenization & interoperability for all entity types, natural (humans) legal entities (companies and organization) and synthetics frontier ones (DAOs, AI agents, humanoids..)
@drhus explored with us how we are building the next-generation trust-neutral social fabric, with faithful-by-construction computable entities @registrychain and how https://t.co/RWiUITh3cd the verified facts identifier, permit that
the "One QR to rule them all" for presentations, events and session what still needed
@_florianx0 was so kind to bring @meerkatzk live Q&A system to @RegistryChain Legal Summit yday, the same you see at @EFDevcon .. very much fun and privacy preserving ..
one problem anyone preparing presentation face is the competing QRs you want to add, btw profiles, POAP, social media, slides and resources.. a linktree for Web3 events still missing.. something of one URL/QR that integrate ..
* Live Q&A (current session)
* POAP (proof of attendance) @poapxyz
* Speaker profiles/social links
* Slides / resources
* others custom (wifi password, event schedule, sponsor links, feedback form)
and beautiful if all resources can be updated without login just with secret shared by event host with speakers/MCees.. (a password) then each will add his own resources at the fly in few seconds ..
@EFDevcon@Kleros_io@PowerhouseDAO@drhus is taking the stage at Entity Onchain #LegalSummit to explore next generation trust-neutral social fabric, and the inevitable shift from legally binding terms to computationally binding one

Happy to announce @drhus from @RegistryChain is joining the Open Source Hub at Devconnect ARG! 🌟
He will explore what happens when AI agents become persistent economic actors and how registries and rules can keep those systems accountable. 🤖📚
Humans are ERC-20 (fungible tokens), while Legal Entities are ERC-721 (non-fungible tokens) in a business/ operational context.
B2B is an order of magnitude more complex than B2C because legal entities are like NFTs, each with unique attributions, and that is exponentially more complex in business process, data mapping and software design..
They might have similarities-say, LLCs/DAOs- but one could be managed by its members, another by its manager. -unlike Human with static attribution, entities has dynamic conditions- one might have no rules for liability creation, while another imposes limits, e.g., $100k for a single manager and joint signatures required for amounts above that.. they're as well composable (e.g parent companies with subsidiaries) just like NFTs..
every beautiful thing in the social world - was created, first of all, by people.
