@RobertMSterling This is highly biased. It uses a "model minority" myth (Hmong) to disparage a newer immigrant group (Somali). While one came here in the 1970s and 80s and the other in 1990s and 2000s. Over 50 years vs 25 years. I bet in the 2000s the Hmong had the same state as Somalis now.
