Pennsylvania SB 1431 just passed the state Senate 50–0!

This legislation aligns state law with the recent PA Supreme Court ruling barring warrantless searches on private land by Game Commission officers. Crucially, committee amendments stripped out weak loophole language—the bill now cleanly requires a valid search warrant before officers can enter private property.

A unanimous 50–0 vote is a massive victory for Article I, Section 8 and private property rights, but the job isn't done.

On Wednesday, September 30th, around 1 in the afternoon, Barry, a 69-year-old man was riding his motorcycle through the intersection of North Dukeland Street and West North Avenue.

Video shows the stolen Kia swing AROUND a car that was stopped at the light and then smash right into Barry.

Barry was rushed to the hospital, but he didn't make it.

Police say video shows the two kids inside got out... and RAN AWAY, the driver was 12 years old.

His passenger was a 15-year-old White girl.

The 15-year-old White female passenger was charged with motor vehicle theft.

The Black 12-year-old who was behind the wheel?

No charges.

Yes... NO CHARGES.

Police say that because of his age, they filed a "Child in Need of Supervision" referral and met with the Department of Juvenile Services.

That's it.

No arrest. No charges.

A referral to juvenile services, and they decide whether he gets services, supervision... or nothing at all.

Adding insult to injury, Pennsylvania voter registration lets someone with no address draw an X for “where I spend most of my time,” and that X becomes the voting district. The mail ballot can then be sent to any address they name, including out of state.

The voter roll check for movers is the post office change-of-address file. A person with no address never files one. So nothing automatic asks whether they still spend most of their time at that X when the ballot goes out.
