Having some trouble with the @GetOneCardIN app. Card is approved but the app isn't moving ahead with card activation. Customer care email and phone numbers have been of no help. Dare I try to use the card (if I even get it) if this is the state of onboarding? Help @OneCardHelp

@OneCardHelp Still no resolution. Please give a timeline. If you're unable to do that, I request you to rescind my application so that I don't need to follow up further. I requested for this card for an upcoming travel requirement but definitely not the experience I was expecting

While I still haven't been able to activate the virtual card in the @GetOneCardIN app ๐ I have zero confidence in their cred now

@OneCardHelp@GetOneCardIN A canned response isn't much help team. ๐ I'm confused why 'Service Unavailable' shows up when I'm trying to complete the steps you've mailed me to perform, and nothing else is accessible on the app.
