The second richest town in Texas is doing massive cuts to teachers and counselors. Yet they spent MILLIONS (prob Billions) on real estate in the last several years and have a much lower recapture rate than other schools with much less money. They are running up “debt” to avoid oversight of M&O and recapture and stealing money from the I&S fund. THEY ARE ROBBING YOUR KIDS. SHUT THEM DOWN.
