Couple of hobbles to living room and today started main physio from sheet I was given. All very simple unless you’ve had your hip replaced and then very blooming difficult. Hot sunny day too. @Janeopot 3 attempts to get the needle in my spine so that wasn’t nice, but the pain is coming now so will need meds soon. Can’t fault this hospital, very lucky to have gone private again

Currently sat watching the Dutton ranch while paddling pool fills for Francesca tomorrow
