@British_Airways why do you allow me to check in online and then make me stand in a queue for over an hour to hand my hold baggage over? Just leaving Brazil and the check in desks have really struggled to process people. Averaging 20 mins per group of people! Frustrated!

@northernassist I’m on the 6.31 from Appleby to Leeds and there is no heating on the train. There is also an issue with the internal doors - they won’t close. It’s freezing!
